Q: Do you shoot film or digital?

A: We shoot a mix of film and digital. We find that each has its strengths, depending on the lighting situation. For example, film tends to do well in bright, outdoor scenes, while digital often works better for the subdued lighting of an evening reception.

Q: Do you offer photographs in black and white?

A: Yes, we generally shoot in color, and then convert selected images to black and white later.

Q: Can we keep the proofs?

A: Yes, the proofs we provide are already color-corrected and edited, and they are not stamped in any way. They come in a beautiful archival photo box, and are yours to keep.

Q: Do you charge a travel fee?

A: If we can safely drive from Boston to your wedding and return in the same day, we do not charge a travel fee. For wedding that involve air travel or a hotel stay, the client is responsible for travel costs.
